Each unit has an open kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, appliances and crockery, a breakfast area, living room and balcony with stunning views. Each bedroom is fitted with generous closet space, a study table, and hardwood beds with orthopaedic mattresses and a spacious bathroom with hot water 24/7 that is heated using state of the art solar panels. Also available is a utility area for laundry with a washing/drying machine.

The premises also has common amenities which include a modern swimming pool gym, backup generator, ample parking and a receptionist and caretaker available to assist you with any queries day or night.

We have a perimeter wall with electric fencing, 24 hour CCTV surveillance in common areas, access control into the building, and 24 hour guard service on-site with intercom connectivity to the gate and reception as well as a state of the art alarm system.

1. What kind of clientele stay at Jamesborough Residences?
   

   We have both business and leisure clients. The apartments are ideal for corporate housing in Nairobi as well as for temporary housing for holiday makers who need an apartment with hotel privileges. The executive apartments are an ideal expatriate housing solution – home setting without the hustle of setting up.

2. What is provided within the furnished apartments at Jamesborough Residences?
   

   At Jamesborough Residences, all apartments come fully furnished and serviced. This includes all kitchen utensils and appliances. The living room comes furnished complete with a 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. For laundry, a two-in-one washing machine and drier is provided. Daily house cleaning from Monday to Saturday is provided excluding public holiday. Wireless internet, TV, water and electricity bills are all inclusive in the rent.

3. How long can I stay at Jamesborough Residences?
   

   Our apartments are ideal for either short-stay or long-stay accommodation. Our apartment rental packages range from daily, weekly and monthly rates, to accommodate your length of stay.

4. Are bed linen and towels included?
   

   Yes, we provide fresh linen and towels during your stay at Jamesborough Residences.

5. Are laundry services provide?
   

   Within each apartment is a washing machine and dryer. Also provided is an iron and ironing board for you to be able to carry out your own laundry. A larger laundry area with industrial machines is also available for our cleaning crew to wash the bed linen and towels.

7. What modes of payment do you accept?
   

   We accept all major credit and debit cards, company cheques, cash and wire transfers in US dollars and Kenya Shillings.

8. Is a deposit required?
   

   For long-term stay tenants who intend to stay for 3 months and longer, a deposit of one month’s rent is required which is refundable upon vacating the apartment.

9. How do I check in?
   

   Check-in time is between 8am and 6pm. We accept check-in outside of these hours with prior notice. Upon checking in, an inventory inspection is conducted to confirm that the content and condition of the apartment is as stipulated and to your satisfaction.

10. How do I check out?
    

    At the time of check-out, an inventory inspection is conducted to ensure that the content and condition of the apartment is in good order. Any damage to the property or missing items within the apartment will be replaced at the client's expense.

11. Is it possible to view an apartment before checking in?
